Job seekers

Use your real details, apply only to jobs you want, and don't misrepresent your skills. Practice tools are for your own preparation. Shortlisted never charges job seekers to apply.

Employers

Post only real, open jobs with honest pay and requirements. Never ask candidates for money. Use candidate data only to hire for the role they applied to or were invited to.

Jobs from employers' sites

Many listings are read from employers' own public careers pages and official notices. We link to the employer's page to apply; the employer's own terms apply there. We can't guarantee a listing is still open.

Using Shortlisted from an AI assistant

• You can connect Shortlisted to Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant. The assistant acts for you, with the permissions you allowed.
• Applications are sent only after you approve the exact note and answers in the chat. You are responsible for what you approve, as if you sent it from the app.
• For jobs on an employer's own site, the assistant prepares material; you submit it yourself on that site.
• The assistant's provider runs the chat under its own terms. You can disconnect at any time from Connected apps.
• Don't use the connector to scrape, bulk-export or resell Shortlisted data. We rate-limit requests and may suspend access that looks automated or abusive.

Payments

Recruiter credits are prepaid, non-refundable once used, and never expire. Prices exclude GST.
